Our team

Sara Waterer, Partner

Sara is a writer and communications strategist specialising in the public, voluntary and community sectors. Her experience includes magazine publishing, marketing communications, information design, training and consultancy. She set up a series of highly regarded journalism training programmes for print, television, graphics and photo journalists for Thomson Reuters Foundation. Sara has also led many high profile projects for multimedia agencies including Synergy, Engage Group and Public Life for clients in social housing, health and social care, and third sector capacity building.

Diana Quay, Partner

Diana has worked extensively as a print, television and online journalist and editor and in media management (Reuters). She is an experienced writer of news, features and corporate publications (online and print) and regularly researches and writes articles and case studies on the topic of third sector support. Her roles have included supervising special location work overseas and in the UK, managing news coverage teams and handling both desk-editor and frontline journalism tasks. She holds a multimedia producer diploma (SAE College, London).

A former Reuters foreign and financial correspondent, Melanie brings journalistic and analytical expertise and first class communication skills. Her knowledge of banks, capital markets, natural resources and emerging market trends has led to consultancy for multinational corporations and non-profit / non-governmental organisations. She also trains journalists in reporting financial and political news to the highest international standards on behalf of Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Isabel Morgan

 

Isabel has a successful career as an effective communicator in the media and the Third Sector across a range of platforms: broadcast, on-line and in print. She worked in international TV news and current affairs as a journalist and award-winning programme editor (Reuters TV, APTN) before heading the broadcast unit of Christian Aid.

 

She now brings her extensive experience to her work as a visiting lecturer  (University of Westminster), communication-skills trainer (Thomson
Reuters Foundation) and media consultant within the not-for-profit sector (The ASHA Foundation and Television for the Environment). 
 

  

Monica Evans

 

Monica started her working life as a secondary school teacher.This was followed by twenty years working in editorial and managerial roles at Reuters Television and APTN. Since 2000 she has worked for a variety of charitable organisations,  gaining a sound understanding of Third Sector communications needs
